This review has been a long time coming. We are first time homebuyers and like first-time parents, we worry too much about every detail. My wife and I are also both picky, but not about the same stuff, so together we're VERY picky. We were NOT easy clients - we know that. We took over two years to choose our home in TN after searching unsuccessfully for nearly three years before moving here. It's been a tricky market through covid and rate hikes, but Suzanne never showed frustration towards us when I know we deserved some. She is extremely patient, calm, gracious, professional, knowledgeable, and well-connected. This process has many more steps and nuances than we expected, especially when under contract.
