When Topher and I started our journey to buying our new home we didn’t realize how quickly everything was going to go. We said we were slightly motivated and that we would like to be near family...within a month Suzanne went above our expectations and helped us buy and sell a home. We were introduced to Suzanne by our daughter to help us with our move from Tucson, Arizona to Tennessee in the spring of 2018 when we were visiting family.  Suzanne kept in touch with us as we prepared our home for the market and all during the time the house was on the market. She would call us periodically to check on our progress and she asked us what we were looking for, assessed relevant properties and sent the ones meeting our needs.  There was a house near our daughter which was going on the market soon.  Suzanne arranged a time when we could see the house on Skype and a video walk through.  After a lot of deliberation, we decided not to buy that house as it was just not the right house for us.  But went above and beyond to help us with that house.       After we arrived in Mt. Juliet, Suzanne then helped us negotiate for a new house in Lebanon.  She gave us advice on money wire fraud precautions. She informed us on what we needed to do to get all the things necessary for buying a new home.  She guided us through the closing and everything about the closing went without a hitch. Pinnacle Mortgage company was very helpful with all this as well.  When we closed on the new home and we had our walk through, she came and made notes of things to be fixed. She picked out several things that we overlooked that day. She also gave us a list of all the utility companies and  addresses to contact for service.  We highly recommend her as a realtor. Within a few DAYS we had showings and within the first WEEK we had THREE offers.
